At Voddiary, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with proof of damage within the specified time after delivery.

Please note that returns or exchanges for any other reasons will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Voddiary reserves the right to cancel any order if required due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with our policies. Customers will be notified promptly in case of any cancellation, and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

If a customer partially cancels an order and the remaining cart value falls below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of Rs. 99/- may be applied.

Cashback, Promo Codes & Coupons

• Cashback offers and promo codes may apply only to selected products.
• Special coupons must be used within their validity period and cannot be extended after expiry.
• Multiple promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated
• Voddiary reserves the right to cancel or reject any promotional offer or transaction in case of misuse or policy violations.
• Cashback eligibility may not apply when other promo codes or discounts are used together.
• Cashback values and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Product Images & Descriptions

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance, color, or packaging may slightly differ from the images shown on the website. Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Information

At Voddiary, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time through our trusted courier partners.

• Orders are usually delivered within 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available on eligible minimum-order purchases.
• Orders below Rs. 999/- may include a non-refundable handling or shipping fee of Rs. 99/-.
• In case of partial order cancellation, applicable shipping charges may still apply.
• If an order is cancelled by us or lost during transit, the full order amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery service is currently not available across India.
